Tamil Nadu with 70 million Tamils is equivalent to 60 countries in land and 65 countries in population should organize a world Tamils assembly and have the UDI Eelam signed by the elected Tamils National Alliance and unanimously pass resolution in Tamil Nadu State Assembly to recognize independent secular EELAM by the UN help us to propagate by making web page, Petition, Forum format, organizing, emailing etc; to save Eelam Tamils.
